Every purchase you make through the app — airtime, data, electricity, or groceries — earns you Purchase Value (PV) points. The more you spend on essentials, the more PV you accumulate.
Property allocation is based on your monthly PV qualification, your registration date, and the availability of the Auction Fund. Members are allocated in queue order once they consistently meet their monthly PV target.
Yes. All funds are held in a regulated Nedbank merchant account. Mzansiway NPC is a registered Non-Profit Company (Reg: 2026/211861/08) operating under South African law.
Every active member with PV points automatically receives entries into the daily live draw held every weekday at 20:30 on YouTube. No additional action is required.
TDPs track your progress toward full title deed ownership after property allocation. They are earned on every purchase at a rate of R1 = 0.00694 TDPs. Once you reach your tier's TDP target, the title deed transfers to your name.
